A leading FX company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the competitive forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

.*Meet daily call targets and consistently convert leads to sales.

*Sell company products effectively and efficiently.

*Utilize Scrum methodologies to improve team performance.

*Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the FX and financial markets, including market analyses and taking market pulse.

*Lead, manage, and motivate to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and market share in the forex trading industry.

*Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and Introducing Brokers.

*Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine and enhance sales strategies.

*Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

*Always improve performance and drive professional growth.

Collaborate with marketing and support clients to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FX sales management, with a strong background in the forex trading or financial services industry.

*Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

*In-depth knowledge of forex trading, market dynamics, and client needs.

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

*Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
