Job Description

The Aftersales Specialist - Renewable will be responsible for providing exceptional aftersales support for our renewable energy products and solutions. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service activities, and coordinating with various departments to resolve technical issues and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding aftersales inquiries and issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for renewable energy products.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Service Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate service visits for maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
Monitor and track service requests and ensure they are addressed within the agreed timelines.
Technical Expertise:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's renewable energy products and solutions.
Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in renewable energy.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and technical issues.
Prepare and submit regular reports on aftersales performance and customer feedback.
Develop and update service manuals, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in aftersales processes and procedures.
Implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an aftersales or customer support role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and energy storage solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
