Solution Engineer

Jubaili Bros is a leading provider of power solutions in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. With decades of experience, the company offers a range of power generation products and services, including diesel and gas generator sets, renewable energy solutions, and comprehensive engineering services.

Position Overview:
The Solution Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrated power solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with sales teams, project managers, and clients to ensure the delivery of customized power solutions that meet specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

Analyze client requirements and design tailored power solutions.
Develop detailed technical proposals, including system configurations, cost estimates, and timelines.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Project Implementation:

Oversee the installation and commissioning of power solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.
Client Support:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
Provide training and technical support to clients on installed systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
Prepare regular progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Suggest improvements to existing products and services based on client feedback and market research.
Participate in training and professional development programs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing power solutions.
Strong knowledge of power generation systems, including diesel and gas generators, renewable energy solutions, and hybrid systems.
Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering design tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with renewable energy solutions, such as solar and wind power.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
