Job Description:

A thriving hair salon known for delivering exceptional service and style to clients. They are currently seeking for a talented and experienced Salon Manager to manage their team. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, including staff management, customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a salon environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of hairstylists, receptionist, and other salon staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff members.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets for salon services, retail products, and packages.
4. Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service best practices, and salon policies and procedures.
5. Oversee daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
6. Ensure that the salon maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
7. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Salon Manager in the beauty industry, with a strong background in hair salon operations and management.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach salon staff to achieve their full potential.
3. Strong business acumen and sales-driven mentality, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding salon experience to clients.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
