Job Description
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
• Actively participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company and its products
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of OND degree in Marketing, Sales or any relevant field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role within the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
