Job Description
Seedbuilders Innovation Hub is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to drive the promotion and growth of our ICT and digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, digital transformation, and ICT solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent marketing and communication skills to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and promote our comprehensive suite of digital and software services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies to promote ICT and digital services. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our client base. Create and execute growth plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
2. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our ICT and digital services. Utilize online and offline marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Develop compelling marketing materials and content to communicate the value of our services.
3. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and community groups. Identify and engage potential partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations. Represent Seedbuilders Innovation Hub at industry events and networking opportunities.
4. Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand and address client needs. Develop initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.
5. Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities within the ICT and digital services. Prepare and manage annual revenue projections and budgets. Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.
6. Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our digital and software services. Develop and implement new programs and solutions to meet client needs and market demands. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the ICT industry.
7. Promote our range of digital and software services, including Business Intelligence tools, ERP solutions. Communicate the value and benefits of our services effectively to potential and existing clients.
8. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Prepare and present reports on business performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, ICT, digital transformation, or a related sector.
• Proven track record in promoting and managing digital and software services.
• Strong understanding of ICT solutions, digital transformation, and market dynamics.
• Excellent marketing and communication skills, with the ability to develop strategic partnerships.
• Experience with data-driven marketing and demand generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare and present business intelligence reports.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and maintain partnerships.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
