Head of Personnel

Job Overview:
As a Personnel Manager at Nsik Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and retaining skilled personnel to support the company's operations and growth objectives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and productivity.
• Take other instructions as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Professional qualifications in HR will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a diverse workforce.
