Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Ensure accurate employee records are maintained and update regularly.
• Prepare the monthly payroll and payments for staff salaries and / or allowances in accordance with local employment regulations, ensuring that all required statutory deductions are made and paid.
• Develop and maintain the pay plan and benefits program, including the complete end-to-end payroll process from initiation to finalization.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage personal stress levels.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
