Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Channel Development: Develop and expand business channels, and manage business communications and collaborations with third-party companies, including but not limited to payment providers, SMS service providers (especially for voice verification), facial recognition companies, banks, etc..
Government Relations: Engage with governmental bodies to navigate regulatory requirements, advocate for company interests, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Market Analysis: Monitor market and competitor trends, identify new collaboration opportunities, and enrich business cooperation models.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, partners, and clients.
Partnership Development: Identify potential partnerships and collaborations that align with company objectives and facilitate their establishment and management.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing relationships and driving business growth in fintech or online lending.
Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Knowledge in Chinese language (Mandarin) is not mandatory but an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
