Job Description

Job Summary:
The Business Lead will play a critical role in driving the company's business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and leading business development initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build the marketing and sales team in the company to achieve the company’s growth plan

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

- Lead the business development team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.

- collaborate with the product teams to align strategies and ensure business growth.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.

- Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and reports to the executive team.

- Monitor and manage the performance of business development activities against set targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a business lead or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

- Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing principles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
