Job Description
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
• Follow provided scripts to provide information about products and services, take orders and solicit sales.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interest of specific individuals.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, lead follow-up and existing customer base.
• Schedule follow-up calls with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet purchased.
• Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and probing technique.
