Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Transweeft, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and success of our transportation platform. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to align the product vision with business objectives, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to define and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with Transweeft's goals.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and timelines.
User Research & Feedback: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand customer needs and pain points. Translate insights into actionable product features.
Task Management: Use Jira or other project management tools to create, prioritize, and assign tasks to development teams, ensuring timely delivery of product features.
Cross-functional leadership: Lead and collaborate with teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to test products and features, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before release.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
