UI/UX Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our ride-sharing platform and future public transport solutions. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users. Your design will directly impact how users interact with our services and contribute to the overall success of Transweeft.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate insights into user personas and user journey maps.
Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our mobile app and web platform. Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with Transweeft’s brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve the user interface and experience. Analyze test results to identify areas for enhancement.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Incorporate innovative design solutions to enhance user experience.
Problem-Solving: Address design challenges and provide creative solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with mobile and web design, including responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
