Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately issue airline tickets using GDS (Global Distribution System) and other booking platforms.
• Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
• Assist clients with itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any ticketing issues promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest travel regulations, fare rules, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a ticketing role or travel industry is preferred and required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
