Job Description

Duties

Organize programs activities in accordance with the mission and goals of Tech4Dev

Identify fundraising strategies that benefit and complement the mission and vision of Tech4Dev

Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services

Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved

Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities

Ensure goals are met in areas including safety, quality and team member performance

Estimate and implement programs budget

Communicate with individual initiative volunteers to address potential risks as well as resolve problems and issues

Perform relevant research to identify available grant opportunities and evaluate the results

Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services

Produce an accurate and timely report of program status throughout its life cycle

Manage and submit programs documentation: on a quarterly and yearly basis

Manage program facilitates and volunteers across all states and countries

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Programs Manager

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an experience in designing/managing development projects

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study

Multilingual competence is an added advantage

Multi-country experience is an added advantage

Experience working with an International Development Organization is an added advantage.
