Job Description

About the Role:

Are you fluent in both Igbo and Hausa? Do you have a passion for customer service and communication? We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Agent to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Igbo and Hausa to effectively engage with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat in both Igbo and Hausa.
Provide product information, support, and guidance related to Unilever’s products.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Igbo and Hausa is a must.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
