Blue Prism Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism Developer to join our team. As a Blue Prism Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing Blue Prism automations for our clients. You will work closely with our project team and clients to understand their automation needs and provide solutions that meet their business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop Blue Prism automations using Blue Prism Studio and Blue Prism Control Room.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to identify automation opportunities and design solutions that meet their business requirements.
Test and validate Blue Prism automations to ensure they meet quality standards and function as expected.
Troubleshoot and debug Blue Prism automations as needed to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.
Provide ongoing support for deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they occur.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in Blue Prism development.
Stay up-to-date with Blue Prism best practices, technologies, and trends to ensure the application of cutting-edge solutions.
Communicate effectively with project teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Blue Prism Developer Certification
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Blue Prism development, with a proven track record of successful automation projects.
Strong knowledge of Blue Prism architecture, process studio, object studio, and control room. Familiarity with other RPA tools is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or pythob, and experience with SQL and web services is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience integrating Blue Prism Hub, Interact, and Decipher to optimize automation workflows.
Knowledge of Process analysis, design, and optimization techniques.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
