Position: Twi-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Location: Abuja with an opportunity to work remotely
Employment Type
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and support via phone, email, and chat in both Twi and English.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Requirements:
Fluency in Twi and English (both spoken and written).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
