Job Description
As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, and collaborating with our development team to enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user stories and software requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and errors within the software.
Collaborate closely with software developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely fixes.
Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to validate software performance.
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role.
Familiarity with software development processes and testing methodologies.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
