Production Supervisors
• Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role involves supervising production staff, coordinating with other departments, and resolving any issues that arise during production.
Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and timely production.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with the planning and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
• Maintain detailed records of production activities, including output, downtime, and waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Required Skills:
