• Job Summary: The Chief Security Officer will oversee all security operations within the company, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and information. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security personnel, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
Job Description:
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
• Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring effective coverage and response.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a rapid response to security incidents.
• Investigate security breaches and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees to enhance overall security.
