Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role will involve providing administrative support, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Project Management: Assist the CEO in managing various projects, including tracking deadlines, coordinating tasks, and preparing reports.
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Event Planning: Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information as needed.
Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents and files.
Expense Management: Process expense reports and reconcile accounts.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the tech education sector.
