Job Description:
As a Graphics Designer at Realbet, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics that align with our brand and marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to design eye-catching visuals for digital platforms, print media, and other

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design creative visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
2. Create banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials that capture the essence of our brand.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas that support various campaigns and promotions.
4. Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
5. Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
6. Prepare and present design concepts and mockups for approval by the marketing team.
7. Edit and enhance images, videos, and other media as required.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

a. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
b. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
c. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
d. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
e. Ability to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate the intended message.
f. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
g. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
h. Experience in the betting or gaming industry is a plus but not required.
