Job Description

To ensure data collection of all retailers/consumers within his /her defined areas of locality of operation.

 To ensure that the product of the company reaches the various customers, bars, canteens etc on time when needed.

 Place order on time with the Bulk Breakers or the nearest depot of the company for onward distribution to the end users of the products.

 Create awareness of the acceptance of the company products within his/her specialized area of operation.

 Ensure that all empties are returned to the designated area of collection center approved by the Regional Head of that Region.

 Ensure that the customers pay the amount of drinks purchased in the correct designated account(s) of the company.

 Reconciliation of empties, payment amount etc on daily basis and reconciliation account/ payment sent to the Regional Head, who consolidates such reconciliation and forward to the HQ.

 Keeps records of daily transactions in his/her area and renders such operational records to the appropriate management.

 Other assignments/functions/responsibilities assigned to him/her from the appropriate management from time to time.
