Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day farm operations, including crop production, management, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement farming strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of farm workers, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the health and quality of crops and ensuring all agricultural practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and manage farm budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure necessary resources and services.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including production data, financial reports, and inventory.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to enhance soil health and reduce environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the farm.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large-scale farm, with a proven track record of successful farm management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of modern farming techniques, crop and management, and sustainable agriculture practices.
- Proficiency in farm management software and other agricultural technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
