Job Description

About the Role:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the digital products industry, and a deep understanding of the tech education market. This role will involve nurturing leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth for our Tech courses.

Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Tech courses to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
Customer Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital products industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the tech education market and its trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.

Preferred Skills:
Experience selling Tech courses or related educational products.
