Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare?

A Healthcare facility in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and innovation in our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business plans
2. Manage key stakeholder relationships
3. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery
4. Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
5. Working with team members to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
6. Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
7. Tracking expenses and maintaining budget and ensure that revenue targets are met
8. Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
9. Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
10. Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients, leading to new business.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. A degree in business-related, management fields.
2. Professional qualification from relevant body such as CIMN, ISMN is an added advantage
3. Proven experience in business development management or healthcare administration
4. At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
5. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
6. Ability to effectively research new markets opportunities
7. Creativity and problem-solving skills
8. Strong communication and presentation skills
9. Analytical and detail-oriented
10. Strong negotiation skills
11. Decision-making and leadership skills
12. Advanced time management and organizational skills

Remuneration:
400k – 500k
Salary:
500.000,00 NGN Monthly
