Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient registrations and admissions, verify demographics, collect necessary documents,
ensure accurate and timely admission processes. 2. Must have a good command of both spoken and written English, should be a social media savvy, handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
3. Handle patient complaints and concerns empathetically and professionally.
4. Manage patient records, reports, and databases.
5. Perform data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
7. Coordinate patient transfers and discharges.
8. Ensure timely and accurate communication with clinical staffs.
9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
10. Ensure secure handling of sensitive information and materials.
11. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve hospital goals.
12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor in Management Science or related field.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospital information systems.
5. Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital operations.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
