Job Description

Manage office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder level.
· Follow up branches to ascertain their office needs.
· Distribute office items across branches.
· Properly record and file all official documents.
· Pay for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and Pension.
· Process vehicles and bikes registration and renewals.
· PROCURE AND ACTIVATE CUG lines and phones.
· APPROVE AND ALLOCATE CUG lines AND LAPTOPS
· PROCESS payments and renewal FOR CUG LINES.
· Manage the PROCUREMENT AND distribution of data, airtime, PHCN TOKEN
· Ensure adherence to approved budget.
· TRAIN AND DEVELOP SUBORDINATES.
· CONDUCT MONTHLY STOCK COUNT OF ADMIN STORE
· Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Operational Hours
Mon- Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturdays 8am-2pm

Requirement
Graduate
Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar role
Reside close to Victoria Island

Net Pay- N70,000 – N90,000
