Job Description
• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries about services, products, and appointment availability.
• Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions to clients.
• Resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Schedule, confirm and follow up on client appointments accurately.
• Manage and update appointment calendars to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.
• Handle cancellations and rescheduling requests with care and professionalism.
• Maintain and update client records with accurate information, including contact details and service history.
• Process payments and handle transactions, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking products as needed.
• Work closely with salon and spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant team members.
• Inform clients about special promotions, new services, and upcoming events.
