Job Description
Our client is a fast growing asset management and investment banking firm that provides expert advice and a wide range of financial products and services to grow their clients’ wealth and support them in achieving their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates distribution of debt and equity securities and identifying potential investors/buyers on MA mandates.
Drafts memoranda, management presentations and marketing materials for sale assignments.
Responsible for management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in numerical disciplines such as Accounting, Economic, Statistic, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related field from a reputable institution
● Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business is an added advantage
● Professional certifications such as ICON, ACCA, ACA, LIMA, CISA, FRM, CFA, CFP
(required).
● 8 years and above post NYSC work experience in a finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side.
