Job Description

1. Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
2. Employee Relations: Act as a resource and advisor for employees on HR-related matters.
3. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs.
5. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
6. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
8. HR Analytics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training hours, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and Other Relate Field
2. Proven 2-3years work experience as an HR personnel or similar role.
3. Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws/regulations in the applicable jurisdiction.
4. Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.
7. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop HR team members.
8. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS A HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN OFFICER
Salary:
150.000,00 NGN Monthly
