Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to promote our products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote the company pharmaceutical products.
Present product information, clinical data, and promotional materials to healthcare providers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the benefits and applications of our products.
Identify and target key accounts, implementing a strategic approach to maximize sales opportunities within assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and assess the competitive landscape.
Manage and schedule regular visits with healthcare providers to ensure high levels of engagement and product awareness.
Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to stay updated on product developments, clinical trials, and industry trends.
Provide feedback from healthcare providers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote [Company Name] and build professional networks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent experience.
3 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and healthcare market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
