Project Team Lead (Design and Building)

Working with clients to discuss the design requirements for projects.
• Gathering the necessary measurements and other routine calculations for the design
• Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site and recent trends
• Developing estimates on cost, project timeline and other specifications and requirements
• Working within set budgets
• Producing detailed blueprints and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients
• Visiting and overseeing worksites to ensure that project is being done according to architectural design plan
• Ensuring that all works are complaint with the industry standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Collaborating with the General Manager to source necessary products and materials
• Collaborating with the Marketing manager to promote the Design and Build business unit.
• Keeping abreast of architectural trends and advancements.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
• Interacting with clients throughout the design process to discuss their needs and expectations.
• Communicating with other team members such as contractors, suppliers, engineers and architect to coordinate the design process.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years proven work experience as an architect.
