Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organising, classifying, and maintaining financial records
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Support the team with data entry, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Help in maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights on financial trends
• Support in compliance tasks, including preparing reports for regulatory agencies
• Contribute to the development of financial processes and internal controls
• Attend to all other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Recent Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Ordinary National Diploma Holder in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with financial software is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior internship or academic experience in finance is a plus but not required
