Key Responsibilities:
Animal Care:
1. Monitor animal health, detecting and addressing health issues.
2. Develop and implement nutrition and feeding plans.
3. Ensure animal welfare and biosecurity.

Farm Operations:
1. Supervise farm staff, providing guidance and training.
2. Coordinate breeding, birthing, and vaccination programs.
3. Manage farm maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Production and Efficiency:
1. Optimize feed conversion ratios and productivity.
2. Monitor and control disease outbreaks.
3. Implement cost-effective strategies.

Staff Management:
1. Recruit, train, and evaluate farm staff.
2. Foster a culture of teamwork and safety.
3. Conduct performance reviews.

Record Keeping:
1. Maintain accurate records of animal health, production, and finances.
2. Analyze data to inform decision-making.
3. Prepare reports for management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
2. 3+ years of animal farm management experience.
3. Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, health, and behavior.
4. Leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Desirable Skills:
