Job Description
The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities on the farm, including crop cultivation, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of agricultural practices, and the ability to ensure that farm operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
• Manage and oversee farm workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance and attendance.
• Provide training and support to farm staff to ensure high levels of productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead by example, demonstrating effective farming techniques and a strong work ethic.
Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
• Ensure all farm equipment is in good working condition, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance of farm buildings, fences, and other infrastructure.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including crop yields, health, equipment maintenance, and labor costs.
• Prepare and submit reports on farm performance, production targets, and any issues that arise.
Health and Safety Compliance:
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies to protect staff, and crops.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or similar role in agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of farming techniques, crop management, and/or livestock care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
• Basic knowledge of farm equipment maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A degree or certification in agriculture or a related field is preferred.
