Job Description

The Business Development Manager is in charge of developing business solutions. The main goal is to
generate more revenue for the company. He /She will manage client accounts and referrals from partners that come up with
new sales ideas. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
The Business Development Manager will help the Company grow its customer base and increase sales. In this position,
you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, making outbound calls to potential
customers, and closing sales. However, this is also a customer relationship management position, as you
will be responsible for taking inbound calls from existing clients and ensuring their continued
satisfaction.
The Business Development Manager reports directly to the CEO. Hence, even though not explicitly
mentioned below, it is expected that the business development manager takes initiative to handle tasks related and within
the duties and responsibilities listed below as they come up.

Duties & responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
∙Identify opportunities to partner with travel agents and ideal partners (e.g., real estate agents)
with access to our target audience.
∙Identify new leads or avenues for growth.
∙Closing clients/sales
∙Inform current and potential partners about key business developments.
∙Manage existing partnerships and form new ones.
∙Appointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clients.
∙Generation of new leads with the intention of creating more sales/revenue.
∙Call leads to offer our services and close deals with new leads.
∙Finding and following up with new sales leads. Lead and post-sale follow-up.
∙Managing client accounts and executing client applications as well as supervise operations
coordinators.
∙Maintaining positive customer relationships post-sale by taking and making calls from/to clients.
∙Enforce Company policies consistently and fairly.
∙Develops and organizes new business development initiatives.
∙Oversee department budget. Reviewing timeframes and budgets.
∙Collaborate with the digital marketing coordinator to ensure proper branding.
∙Evaluate sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∙Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company standards.
∙Brainstorming with the business development team and C.E.O to create new project strategies.
∙Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.
∙Managing Company and client expectations.
∙Creating sales pitches.
∙Executing sales objectives.
∙Attending networking events.
∙Negotiating sales contracts. Preparing sales contracts; following Company rules and guidelines.
∙Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers and partners.
∙Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.

∙Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders, managers, and
