Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain molds and equipment to prevent contamination and ensure proper functioning.
Perform regular inspections on mold components to identify potential issues or damage.
• Repair any damages to molds or machinery using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate Lathe, milling, grinding, and drilling machines to fabricate or modify mold components.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using these machines to achieve precise and accurate results.
• Change hot runner parts efficiently and safely, including nozzle heaters, manifold heaters, nozzle tips, and thermocouples.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hot runner performance.
• Diagnosed and troubleshot problems with molds and equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• BSc/HND in relevant discipline
• 5-10 years of proven working experience
