Senior Front-end Engineer

We are looking to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer will play a critical role in leading the design and development of stable and intuitive user interfaces for our applications. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with exceptional technical skills, a passion for user experience, and a proven track record of developing sophisticated, scalable web applications. Mastery of the latest Frontend frameworks, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and Next.js.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Backend developers and UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional and high-performance user interfaces.
- Architect and implement advanced interactive features, animations, and state management using React libraries and frameworks.
- Ensure code quality through writing clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability, scalability, and performance of Frontend applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend development with a strong focus on React, Next.JS, and Redux.
- Expertise in frontend technologies.
- Extensive experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and server-side rendering.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
