Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Hub Attendant Duties:
Greet and assist clients with inquiries and service requests.
Ensure the hub space is welcoming, clean, and organized at all times.
Manage booking and scheduling of hub services.
Handle front-desk duties, including managing phone calls and emails.
Support hub operations and provide basic troubleshooting for office equipment.
Digital Marketer Duties:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our services.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) that drive brand awareness.
Track and analyze performance metrics of online campaigns to improve engagement.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and/or front desk roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or customer service.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns is a plus.
