Company Description:
1. A Financial Advisor is responsible for selling all company products, Life Insurance/ Personalised Investment Plans, Protection plans, Endowment Plans, and general insurance production) to prospective and existing customers. 2. As an Advisor you have a duty to recommend the perfect insurance policies and product to potential and existing client, guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs, and suggests modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies. 3. An Advisor is responsible for selling the company's Pensions option (Annuity for Life) to newly retired & existing retirees from private companies, State & Federal government organizations that are freshly retired or presently on program withdrawal. 4. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports on a monthly basis. 5. Assisting existing clients manage financial transactions, including processing receipts , managing premiums payable and receivable, and reconciling clients statements. 6. Educating clients on how to use state of the art technology, digital Insurance software in order to monitor their existing policies. 7. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. 8. Prospecting continuously and submission of proposals to parastatals within and outside the state, with the purpose of selling the company's investments links products, general insurance products & protection plan. 9. Ensuring adequate payment of monthly premiums by all clients, and establishing good and long-lasting relationships on behalf of the company for the purpose of continuous sales. 10. Propagating the benefits of Life insurance to prospective customers in Private, Federal, and state Organisations within Lagos state and developing new strategies that will bring about the creation of new businesses 11. The ideal candidate for this position must be a risk taker, a person that is teachable and confident in spirit. 12. He/she have good negotiating and persuading skills Must have a good communication skills and can be a team player with other team members under minimal or no supervision.
