Entry level Field Service Technician

Vacancy: Entry-Level Field Service Technician (Lagos Island)
A start-up technology company is looking for an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our team on Lagos Island.

Location: Lagos Island (applicants must reside on Lagos Island)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber-optic internet systems and telecommunications equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer issues.
- Perform diagnostic tests and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and services performed.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and support teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards during installations.

Requirements:
- Must reside on Lagos Island.
- Basic understanding of network cabling, telecommunications, or IT systems (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling technical equipment.

Qualification:
- Minimum of OND in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
