Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Leading our sales team towards achieving our business objectives.
*Providing exceptional customer service with a pivotal role driving revenue and maximizing profitability.
*Lead and manage units with teams of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
*Conduct regular Performance Reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
Evaluate, make trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and take appropriate action etc.
