Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing corporate travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international corporate travel for clients.
Provide advice on travel options, such as routes, accommodations, and travel policies.
Book air, rail, car rentals, and hotel reservations while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.
Manage complex travel itineraries, ensuring smooth, efficient trips.
Handle last-minute travel changes and disruptions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, providing ongoing travel support.
Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to the company’s travel policy and client preferences.
Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a corporate travel agent in a corporate travel environment is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
Knowledge and experience in using MS Teams is required.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple clients and projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle last-minute travel changes efficiently.
