Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:

Design scalable, flexible, and innovative CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Ensure that the architecture meets both current and future business requirements, ensuring optimal use of CRM and Power Platform capabilities.
Define the overall architecture and strategy for integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and applications.
Technical Leadership:

Lead technical teams in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, providing guidance on best practices for customization, workflows, plugins, and data integration.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies, guiding the development teams through complex technical challenges.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend how to leverage new features to improve solutions.
Integration and Customization:

Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party systems (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, ERP systems).
Design customizations using Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance Dynamics CRM functionality.
Oversee the development of custom code (C#, .NET) and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices for solution delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
Act as the liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring that the solution aligns with business goals and technical standards.
Governance and Best Practices:

Establish governance processes and frameworks for the use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to ensure consistency, security, and performance.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and documentation for solution delivery.
Implement best practices for version control, release management, and system scalability.
Mentoring and Development:

Mentor junior team members, providing architectural oversight and ensuring high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and support development teams in the use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
Support and Maintenance:

Provide ongoing architectural support for live Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, assisting with troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
Ensure the stability and performance of the CRM solution, proactively identifying potential issues and optimizing performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, workflows, plugins, and customizations.
Experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and related development frameworks.
Knowledge of data integration technologies such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
