Job Description
1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
2. Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
3. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
5. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
6. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as needed.
8. Support financial administration, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a corporate environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
