Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (including images, videos, and written posts) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and collaborations with influencers or industry partners.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and manage the firm’s online community to build strong relationships with the audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using analytics tools to measure key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices in the creative industry, and recommend new strategies or platforms to improve performance.
Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistency in visual aesthetics and messaging across all campaigns.
Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and creative collaborators to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.
Budget Management: Oversee social media advertising budgets, optimize ad spending, and ensure that campaigns deliver a positive ROI.
Crisis Management: Handle any potential PR or social media crises by responding promptly and effectively to negative feedback or issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a creative industry (media, fashion, entertainment, etc.).
Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and their respective audiences.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Experience in content creation (graphic design, photography, or video editing skills are a plus).
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
