Job Description
-Analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Monitor competitor activity and develop counter-strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and in-store promotions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Train and motivate the sales team to engage with customers effectively.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with assistant managers to ensure proper merchandising and product placement.
Oversee stock rotation to prevent waste and shrinkage.
Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
