Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize and schedule appointments
2. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3. Answer and direct phone calls
4. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
7. Develop and maintain a filing system
REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
2. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
3. Attention to detail and problem solving skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
6. Minimum of HND/BSc in related field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

- 150.000,00 NGN Monthly
